About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated nurse specialist to lead our ENRICH project, enhancing prostate cancer care in our community. As Lead Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening community assessment for men with non-specific lower urinary tract symptoms or marginally raised PSA.

You will have the opportunity to work at Addenbrooke's site as well as our outreach clinics, collaborating closely with primary care teams and creating a collaborative working strategy to meet project aims. Your clinical leadership skills will influence others to provide high levels of safe and effective care, ensuring a positive patient experience.

As an expert in prostate cancer care, you will be responsible for assessing patients, planning, implementing, and evaluating care as an autonomous practitioner with highly specialist skills. You will also manage and lead the ENRICH project team, collecting data and feedback to progress the service.

Requirements

  • RGN with a degree
  • Post-registration module in Urology or Prostate Cancer Care
  • Good Clinical Practice Certificate
  • Advanced clinical assessment skills (if nurse-led services part of role)
  • Evidence of professional continuous development and portfolio of learning

Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. However, please note that salaries can vary based on individual circumstances.
