Join Our Team as a Clinical Leadership Specialist
\We are seeking an experienced and passionate clinical leader to champion high standards of antenatal and postnatal care, ensuring quality-driven service delivery across our Clinical Business Unit.
\The successful candidate will provide visible leadership, inspire change, and collaborate closely with clinical teams, patients, and families to implement our Nursing and Midwifery Strategy.
\This key role requires a visionary and innovative leader who can drive continuous improvement, manage performance, and provide guidance to senior teams. We offer a competitive salary of £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Lead the implementation of our Nursing and Midwifery Strategy
- Foster a culture of learning and development among clinical teams
- Ensure compliance with governance and legislation
- Drive continuous improvement and manage performance across the Clinical Business Unit
- Provide guidance and support to senior teams
Requirements:
