Clinical Nutrition Specialist

Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join their team. This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of clinical nutrition expertise and leadership experience.
As a key member of the Nutrition and Dietetics team, you will provide comprehensive dietetic input to the cystic fibrosis service at Royal Papworth Hospital. Your expertise will be invaluable in assessing and reviewing inpatients on the CF Unit, completing yearly CF Dietetic Annual Reviews, and providing face-to-face and virtual clinics throughout the week.
The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, including nutritional support. They will also possess strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and clinical supervision of junior staff. Additionally, they should be able to reflect and appraise their own performance and that of others.
This part-time (30 hours per week) role offers flexibility and the opportunity for an informal visit. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities
- Assess and review inpatients on the CF Unit.
- Complete yearly CF Dietetic Annual Reviews.
