Job Title: Senior Clinical Nurse Manager

Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating nursing care on the Lewin stroke and rehabilitation unit. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional treatment and support to patients following a stroke.

About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced nurse with excellent leadership skills and a passion for clinical excellence. As a Senior Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior staff, developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, and ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate nursing care on the Lewin stroke and rehabilitation unit
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Mentor and supervise junior staff
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and safety
