Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Gynaecology Nurse to lead and manage a team of nurses in our Outpatient department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert clinical care, leading and managing a team, managing clinical incidents, and ensuring optimal patient experience. The role also involves collaborating with the Operational team and Matron for Fertility & Gynaecology to support waiting lists and develop the department.
Salary: £43,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- RN Adult with current NMC registration
- Teaching/Assessing/Mentoring qualification
- Possession of a relevant first degree or working towards
- Leadership or management training
- Evidence of ongoing CPD
