Job Description:
This is a Monday to Friday role that requires you to provide expert leadership to a busy Gynaecology Outpatient department. You will work collaboratively with the Operational team and Matron for Fertility & Gynaecology to ensure optimal patient experience, supporting waiting lists. The role involves taking charge of a department and deputizing for the department Senior Sister, managing clinical incident investigation and complaints, and experience in recruitment and interviewing is essential.
Salary: £45,000 - £68,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- RN Adult with current NMC registration
- Teaching/Assessing/Mentoring qualification
- Possession of a relevant first degree or working towards
- Leadership or management training
- Evidence of ongoing CPD
