About the Role
Nurse Seekers seeks a Residential Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our boarding staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to students.
Job Description
We are looking for an individual who can build strong relationships with students and contribute to their academic, social, and personal development. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring students follow school schedules and adhering to curfew
- Working with the boarding team to provide high-quality care, following policies on student welfare, illness, and emergencies
- Collaborating with staff on academic and pastoral issues
Safeguarding Responsibilities
You will actively promote and safeguard student welfare, reporting concerns to the safeguarding team. You will handle incidents sensitively and participate in ongoing safeguarding training.
Requirements and Qualifications

As a Residential Support Specialist with Nurse Seekers, you will enjoy a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive:
