**Educational Support Specialist Position Available**

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Pastoral & Boarding team at Nurse Seekers, a respected provider of educational support services. As an Educational Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, caring environment for students, promoting their academic and personal growth.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide emotional support and guidance to students, while also collaborating with colleagues to maintain accurate records and adhere to health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, social work)
  • Experience working with children or young adults
