**About the School**

Protocol Education Ltd is working in collaboration with a local Academy seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant on a full-time basis.

The school has been rated 'good' across all areas, including behaviour, and prioritises providing every student with the best possible education.

This role is ideal for individuals who can provide classroom support to students with varying needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop learning activities for students.
  • Offer feedback to pupils on their progress under teacher guidance.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working in a school setting as a TA or Learning Support Assistant.
  • Numeracy and literacy qualifications at Level 2 are required.
  • Prioritise supporting students with special educational needs.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with experience in similar roles; those with Youth work or Care experience are also considered.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately £23,750 per annum, depending on location and experience.
