First Class Support is a dedicated provider of academic support services to students with disabilities. We are seeking an experienced Educational Autism Specialist to join our team in the UK.

Job Description:

  • Provide individualized support to students with autism, addressing barriers to learning and promoting independent study.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust support plans as needed.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in autism support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree AND Comprehensive training in adult autism.
  • 6 NAS core modules & SPELL certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in one-to-one tuition or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits:

The selected candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £30.00, flexible working hours, and access to professional development opportunities.
