Autism Learning Support Professional

We are looking for an experienced Mentor for Autistic Students to join our team at First Class Support. As a specialist in autism support, you will work closely with students to understand their unique needs and develop tailored support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one support sessions to students with autism.
- Collaborate with students to identify areas of difficulty and develop strategies to overcome them.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in autism support and adapt your approach accordingly.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree (2:1 or above) with comprehensive training in adult autism.
- 6 NAS core modules & SPELL certification.
- Experience in one-to-one tuition or a related field.
