As an Employability Trainer, you will play a vital role in empowering students to develop the skills and confidence necessary to excel in the workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Co-ordinating employability skills programme delivery for a rolling caseload of students in sector-specific programmes
  2. Providing academic and pastoral support to students, working with them to raise their ambition and aspiration
  3. Complying with the college's maths and English strategy, maintaining the ability to embed both subjects into teaching practice
  4. Working with the Team Leader and Quality to continually strive for excellence and improve standards
  5. Maintaining access to a vehicle and being willing to travel

We are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about empowering students to achieve their career goals. A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package, is available for the right candidate.
