About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, as well as providing one-on-one support to students.
  • This role requires a strong commitment to education and a passion for supporting the learning journey of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
  • A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable.
  • Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Key Stage 2.
