Job Overview
Bell Educational Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Head of Young Learners to lead the delivery of our educational programs. In this key role, you will oversee the management of two Young Learner summer centers and work closely with the Head of Young Learners to ensure program satisfaction and student safety.

About You
The ideal candidate has experience in managing educational programs, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong background in student welfare and safeguarding. A driving license and car are essential requirements for this role, as frequent site visits are necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project manage YL programs and courses assigned, including full ownership of at least two summer school projects.
  • Assist the Head of YL in leading and managing operations and recruitment coordinators and onsite young learner staff.
  • Work with the Head of YL and liaise with sales teams to ensure effective capacity management.
