Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Deputy Head of Department and the Director of Postgraduate Studies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Handle enquiries and provide information to stakeholders
  • Organise programs for visiting academics and ensure seamless arrangements
  • Assist with data management and coordination of office functions
Requirements
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Competitive salary, estimated to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
