The Meridian Trust is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Academic Support Staff member to join our team at Bar Hill Primary School. As a Teaching Assistant - Level 2/3, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and contribute to their academic success.

About the Role:
This term-time only position involves working closely with teachers and other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will provide individualized support to students with varying needs and abilities, assist teachers with lesson planning and delivery, and help maintain a well-organized and safe learning space.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting student progress
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:
- GCSE English & Mathematics Grade C (4/5) or above or equivalent
- Experience in supporting children in Key Stages One or Two
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
