Job Title: Academic Learning Support Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team in Cambridge. As an Academic Learning Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs.
About the Role:
- You will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEN.
- Adapt teaching strategies to cater to individual learning styles and requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members, including teaching assistants and SEN coordinators.
- Help develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
About You:
- You must have qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
- A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to teaching is essential.
- A genuine passion for helping children achieve their best in both academic and social settings is required.
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 based on location and industry standards.
