We are seeking a talented Learning and Development Specialist to join our team at an outstanding college in Cambridge. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality teaching and learning development to students with learning disabilities, leading on the Introduction to Creative Industries course.
You will also support the department's internal Quality Assurance processes, teach students English and maths at Entry and level 1, and prepare them for functional skills qualifications. Additionally, you will track and monitor students' EHCP targets over time.
We offer a competitive salary of £27,425-£40,369 Per Annum, making this an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start their career in academic education.
