**Job Title:** Matron of Clinical Excellence
About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional nursing professional to join our team as a Matron of Clinical Excellence. As a senior member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care across our organization.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing leadership, with experience of managing large teams and developing strategic plans. You will work closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clinical excellence strategies to improve patient outcomes
- Lead and manage large teams of nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective care
**Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in nursing or equivalent
- Current registration with NMC
- Leadership and management training/ qualification
- Teaching or mentorship qualification
**Salary:** £95,000 - £110,000 per annum
