Woodrow Mercer Healthcare Group is seeking a passionate and innovative clinical leader to champion high standards of antenatal and postnatal care, ensuring quality-driven service delivery across our Clinical Business Unit.

\

The successful candidate will provide visible leadership, inspire change, and collaborate closely with clinical teams, patients, and families to implement our Nursing and Midwifery Strategy.

\

This key role requires a leader who can drive continuous improvement, manage performance, and provide guidance to senior teams. We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement our Nursing and Midwifery Strategy
  • Foster a culture of learning and development among clinical teams
  • Ensure compliance with governance and legislation
  • Drive continuous improvement and manage performance across the Clinical Business Unit
  • Provide guidance and support to senior teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in a clinical leadership role with a proven track record of success
  • Possession of relevant qualifications and certifications
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire change and drive innovation in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
