Job Responsibilities
  • Lead staff in a compassionate and collective way, empowering them to develop and lead within their areas of responsibility
  • Manage change and implement policies and procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care and experience
  • Work autonomously and prioritize own work
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • Master's degree in nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Leadership and management training/qualification
  • Proven track record of leading staff in a compassionate and collective way
  • Experience in managing change and implementing policies
Estimated Salary: £72,000 per annum
