We are a forward-thinking care home provider, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse at our St Georges Care Home in Cambridge, you will play a vital role in our team, making a real difference to the lives of our residents.

**Salary:** Up to £59,155 per annum (£23.70 per hour), plus an attractive benefits package

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and care staff, to deliver person-centred care that meets the needs of our residents.
  • You will create and implement individualised care plans, working collaboratively with residents, families, and carers to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • You will promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect for our residents, engaging them in meaningful activities and fostering positive relationships.

Requirements:

  • A valid UK NMC Pin number
  • Proven experience in nursing practice, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (NMC and CQC)
  • A passion for working with older people, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A caring, kind, and professional approach to nursing practice
