**Job Description**

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Geriatric Nursing Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a highly skilled and experienced nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with complex geriatric needs.

**Key Accountabilities**

  • Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments to identify patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on managing geriatric conditions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to optimize care pathways and improve patient outcomes

**Requirements**

  • Registered Nurse with experience in caring for older adults
  • Post-registration qualification in a relevant specialty or willingness to complete
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary and Benefits**

A competitive salary of £52,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits such as pension scheme, life insurance, and opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
