Senior Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Specialist to join our team at Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and their families, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the role of named nurses in relation to care planning within the clinical area
* Work alongside the Clinical Nurse Specialist on complex cases
* Participate in the setting of quality standards, including monitoring and reviewing in line with current clinical guidance practice and policy
* Ensure the post holder understands and meets their professional role and responsibilities under the Care Programme Approach
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse Mental Health (RNMH) or other specialism relating to post
* NMC registration
* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
* Mentor qualification / ENB 998 or equivalent
