Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Assistant to join our team in Cambridge. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support services to our customers in their own homes, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Supporting with household tasks and meal preparation
  • Assisting with medication management
  • Accompanying customers on social visits, appointments, and outings

You will work closely with our customers, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact on people's lives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
  • Satisfactory references and right to work in the UK
  • Minimum availability to work alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
