Resident Activity Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Resident Activity Development Manager to join our team at Cherry Hinton Care Home. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver engaging activities and lifestyle opportunities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. You will work closely with the wellbeing lead to ensure that all activities are tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident.
A key aspect of this role is creating a stimulating environment that promotes happiness, development, and fun. You will do this by coordinating events and activities that foster social interaction and engagement among residents.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with career development opportunities and a chance to work in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement person-centred activity plans
- Coordinate events and activities that promote social interaction and engagement
- Monitor resident feedback and adjust activity programmes accordingly
