We are seeking an experienced Matron Lead to join our team at Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a leading heart and lung hospital, delivering care to over 50,000 patients a year.
Job DescriptionAs a Matron Lead, you will provide clinical and operational leadership to the respective clinical area, working closely with Heads of Nursing and Operational Managers. You will be responsible for empowering staff to develop and lead within their areas of responsibility, ensuring their health and wellbeing are a priority.
Requirements- Current registration with NMC
- Master's degree in nursing or equivalent
- Leadership and management training/ qualification
- Teaching or mentorship qualification
- Experience in managing change and staff development
The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
