Part Time Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at one of our senior living residences in Cambridge. As an RPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role

This 24 hour part time position requires you to provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care in accordance with provincial standards. You will implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans, making changes as required.

You will also complete and ensure resident's clinical care assessments, care plans and documentation are accurate, up to date and communicate changes as required.

Requirements

  • Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse in the applicable province
  • Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and experience working with seniors
