We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team at a high-quality nursery school based near Cambridge. As a passionate advocate for young children's education, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional early years care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective planning to meet the individual needs of all children under our care, adhering to the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
  • To create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to design and deliver engaging activities that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • To contribute to the implementation of safeguarding policies and procedures, prioritizing the well-being and safety of our students.
  • To support the development of cultural awareness and understanding within the nursery, fostering a sense of community and respect for diversity.
  • To maintain accurate records and participate in regular staff meetings to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.


About the Role:
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is on offer for this exciting opportunity. Requirements:
