Clinical Research Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled clinical research nurse to join our neurosurgery team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Transformation Unit, you will play a vital role in coordinating and facilitating clinical trials for patients with neurological conditions.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in clinical research, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for identifying eligible participants, providing information and support, and co-ordinating study treatment/interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating and facilitating clinical trials for patients with neurological conditions
- Identifying eligible participants and providing information and support
- Co-ordinating study treatment/interventions
- Assessing, developing and implementing specialist nursing care
- Relevant clinical experience at Band 5 or above
- Experience of formal/informal teaching
- Supervision of junior staff
- Experience of working within multi-disciplinary teams
