Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Research and Analytics Specialist to join our team at the Association For Institutional Research. This role requires a strong background in data analytics and institutional research, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and Analytics: Conduct research and analyze data to inform our decision-making processes, working closely with stakeholders on research, survey, and analytics consulting projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Institutional Research and Strategic Analytics teams, overseeing the reporting function of OIRA.
  • Data Security: Ensure compliance with data security regulations, promoting data literacy and community building across the University.
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree: A Master's degree or equivalent is required.
  • Data Analytics Experience: 8+ years of experience in data analytics and/or institutional research leadership.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience. The location is Cambridge, MA.
