Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Analytical Instrumentation Specialist to join our team at Hyper Recruitment Solutions LTD. As an experienced Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, validating, maintaining, and repairing analytical laboratory equipment across the UK.

The ideal candidate will cover the Midlands/Southeastern England/Cambridge territory with occasional travel across the UK.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will have in-depth knowledge of HPLC products, focusing on Service Schedules offered to clients.
  • As part of an experienced team, you will provide first-class customer support and expand your expertise to cover LCMS single and triple Quads.
  • Key responsibilities include installation/validation of new instrumentation (IQOQ.PQ Testing) and managing accurate inventory of spare parts in car stock.
  • Reporting on Service jobs using SAP is essential, along with troubleshooting within 48 hours.
Requirements

To succeed as our Analytical Instrumentation Specialist, we seek candidates with:

  • A relevant degree in a scientific discipline, preferably in Life Sciences.
  • Proven experience in HPLC/LCMS, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills in a GLP/GMP environment.
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
