About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Transformation Specialist to join our team in the Research Office at the University of Cambridge.

As part of our ambitious five-year Transforming Research Support Programme, you will play a key role in updating existing Research Services with the latest generation of integrated solutions that enable effective management of the research lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Research Data and Digital Services team in the Research Office
  • Develop and implement innovative digital transformation strategies to optimize services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration
  • Manage budgets and allocate funds to drive business priorities
  • Communicate benefits and performance of services to stakeholders
  • Ensure the successful operation and continuous improvement of integrated services

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in implementing, maintaining, and supporting systems within a large organisation
  • Proven leadership skills, including strategic planning and team management

The University offers a generous salary range of £66,857 - £77,476 per annum, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including:
