Health Services Research Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a talented research associate to join our research team at the University of Cambridge, where you will support an exciting and innovative multi-project collaborative research programme focused on improving quality and safety in healthcare. Your strengths in mixed methods research, including quantitative and qualitative methods, will be essential in preparing protocols and applications for ethical and governance approval, as well as data collection, data analysis, and contributing to peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the development and implementation of research projects focused on healthcare improvement and quality and safety.
- Conduct mixed methods research, including quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and contribute to the development of research protocols and applications.
- Collaborate with a team of researchers to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the preparation of peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
**Requirements**
- PhD in a relevant area of health services research, including mixed methods research.
- Strong background in research skills, including data analysis, academic writing, and communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
