Job Overview:
Vision Truck Group is a leading provider of trucks and transportation solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team with data, ongoing communication with management, service, parts, and accounting departments, as well as ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to meet assigned goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team by communicating changes in data and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales agreements.
  • Coordinate with fleet customers to ensure prompt and detailed responses.
  • Process invoices and review sales agreements for accuracy.
  • Manage CRM database and maintain build schedules.
  • Filing documents physically and electronically.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) required.
  • Valid G license and clean driving record.
