About the Role:This Legal Operations Coordinator role will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our lawyers, including calendar management, document preparation, and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent IT skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:- Calendar Management: Manage calendars for multiple lawyers, ensuring efficient use of their time and minimizing potential diary clashes.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, amend, and proofread documents, such as letters, reports, and emails, in accordance with our company's style guide.
- Travel Arrangements: Book business travel and manage expenses for assigned lawyers.
- Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, and updating contacts.
- Previous Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- IT Skills: Excellent IT skills across a range of MS Office applications and other business management tools.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver work to a high standard, even under pressure.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our team provides a supportive and inclusive work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
