We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Legal Document Coordinator at Ideal Personnel & Recruitment Solutions Limited. As a Legal Document Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team by drafting documents and letters, conducting research, preparing document bundles, and coordinating administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drafting and Document Preparation: Prepare high-quality documents and letters under the supervision of senior colleagues.
  2. Research and Administration: Conduct thorough research on legal issues and maintain accurate records.
  3. Document Management: Organize and prepare document bundles for clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a salary of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, health insurance, and 20 days annual leave.
