Administrative Support Specialist for Legal Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our Legal Operations team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to lawyers, utilizing their technical expertise to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality administrative support to lawyers, including data entry, document management, and email coordination.
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases to track key performance indicators and project progress.
- Work closely with the Technology and Strategy teams to test and design new systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Identify training needs within the team and develop strategies to address these gaps.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar professional services environment, preferably in a legal or administrative role.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and other business management applications.
- A natural affinity for technology and the ability to share knowledge with others.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
