Construction Project Coordinator

Fawkes and Reece is currently recruiting for a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our construction projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services;
- Maintaining accurate records of project progress and expenditures;
- Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met;
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career growth.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A strong understanding of construction processes and procedures;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience working on construction projects, preferably in a coordinator or similar role.
