Technical Network Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Network Trainer to support our client's product by creating and maintaining engaging internal and end-user training materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RBQM and life science technology, and will be passionate about creating and delivering great SaaS training.

The role will involve developing and maintaining online training resources related to RBQM activities and regulatory requirements, as well as delivering internal training and designing engaging training materials.

The successful candidate will be able to manage their own workload and multiple projects to deadlines, and will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain online training resources related to RBQM activities and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver internal training, especially relating to new product releases and regulatory changes.
  • Design and develop engaging training materials using relevant formats depending on the target audience.
  • Develop and maintain user guides and other client-facing materials as part of the overall training offering.
  • Keep up to date with relevant clinical trial and validated systems legislation and update training materials as required.
  • Identify and work closely with outsourced providers to develop online training content.
  • Gather feedback regarding the training and materials provided and complete any required updates.

Requirements

  • Experience developing training materials and resources using different media such as presentations, webinars, manuals, and online materials.
  • Ability to manage own workload and multiple projects to deadlines.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and networks across the business.
