- Deliver Exceptional Learning Outcomes
- Design, develop, and maintain teaching resources to ensure an outstanding learning experience for students.
- Maintain safe working practices and a safe environment for learners.
- Co-ordinate Employability Skills Programme Delivery
- Coordinate employability skills programme delivery for a rolling caseload of students in a range of sector-specific programmes.
- Provide recruitment and selection support to build a caseload of students.
- Support Student Progress and Development
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students, working with them to raise their ambition and aspiration.
- Undertake all aspects of student assessment, including initial assessments, internal verification, and liaison with external verifiers and awarding bodies as required.
- Collaborate with Colleagues and Stakeholders
- Work with colleagues responsible for student services to deliver an overall student experience that engages, inspires, and prepares students for the world of work.
- Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to maximise opportunities for employer engagement in the learning process.
- Contribute to College Marketing and Recruitment
- Support college marketing and recruitment activities to attract potential learners and improve conversion rates.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced employability trainer to join our client's exceptional employability team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering employability programmes to students aged 16+ and adults.
