Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Plumbing Trainer to join their team in Milton, Cambridge. As a key member of the institution, you will be responsible for guiding, coaching, assessing, and mentoring 30 apprentices in their T1, T2, and T3 Plumbing qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Plumbing and hold the NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing. They should live within a 20-mile radius of Cambridge and possess excellent communication skills. The successful applicant will work independently, managing their own day, with full autonomy and a high level of job satisfaction.

This role offers an attractive salary package, including £39,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus 23% pension contributions, training, progression opportunities, and 66 days' holiday per year.
