Plumbing Maintenance Engineer Opportunity in Cambridge

Atrium Recruitment Ltd is assisting a reputable maintenance company in recruiting an experienced Maintenance Plumber for their operations across Cambridge and surrounding villages.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing and be able to handle various maintenance tasks within residential properties. Additional skills in trades like carpentry, tiling, bathroom fitting, and decorating are considered beneficial.
Main responsibilities include attending scheduled appointments, conducting planned and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving issues in domestic properties, sourcing materials from local suppliers, maintaining accurate records of completed work, and ensuring high-quality finishes in occupied homes.
Requirements include at least 2 years' experience in plumbing or property maintenance, a valid UK driving license, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent), excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
In return, the company offers a competitive salary, company van, fuel card and mobile phone allowance, uniform, 21 days holiday, and Monday to Friday working hours.
We estimate a salary range of £28,000 - £40,000 per annum based on the location, industry standards, and job requirements.
