The Trainer Assessor - Electrical Installation will play a key role in delivering high-quality training and assessment to learners. This role involves managing a caseload of learners, designing training plans, and maintaining detailed records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Assessment:
    • Deliver training sessions to develop learner skills and knowledge.
    • Maintain electronic records of workplace visits and adhere to quality assurance processes.
  • Learner Support:
    • Provide high-quality training and support to learners in the workplace and at College.
    • Design training plans to prepare learners for assessments and evaluations.
  • Requirements:
    • A Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or a related field.
    • A Level 3 TAQA or equivalent assessing qualification (or willingness to obtain).
    • Experience in further education or training environments.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A salary ranging from £25,918 to £39,004 per annum.
