As a Trainer Assessor in Electrical Installation, you will be part of a dynamic work environment that offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

About the Role:
  • This role involves managing a caseload of learners and delivering expert training, coaching, mentoring, and assessment to ensure their successful completion of apprenticeship programmes and qualifications.
  • You will design training plans incorporating Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs) to prepare learners for Gateway and End Point Assessment (EPA).

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational area and a Level 3 TAQA or equivalent assessing qualification (or willingness to obtain). Experience in further education or training environments is also essential. The salary for this position is £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
