We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-Time Trainer for Carpentry Apprenticeships at Newcastle Perms (296). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to ensure the success of our apprentices.

**Estimated Salary:** Based on location and industry standards, the estimated salary for this role is around £30,000-£35,000 per annum, pro-rata.
**Location:** Cambridge
**Contract:** Permanent, Part-time (22.5 hours per week)
**Benefits:** 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (Pro-rata), Bupa healthcare, free gym access, on-site parking with EV charging, and course discounts.

About the Job:
  • Responsibilities include planning and delivering training and assessment to meet learner and employer needs.
  • Guide learners on progression, end-point assessments (EPA), and provide support throughout their training.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of off-the-job training and support learners in their professional development.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Level 3 relevant vocational qualification in Carpentry.
  • Level 3 TAQA or equivalent (A1 or similar).
  • Vocational competence in Carpentry.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
