Carpentry Instruction Position

We are recruiting a highly skilled Carpentry Instructor to join our team at Teaching Personnel in Cambridge.

As a Carpentry Instructor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-standard carpentry courses that align with curriculum goals and industry expectations. Your expertise in carpentry techniques and knowledge of industry standards will be valuable assets in this role.

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Carpentry (Level 3 or above) and proven experience as a Carpentry Assessor/Trainer in a post-16 or vocational education setting. You should also be familiar with health and safety regulations and college policies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with academic and vocational staff to maintain a cohesive learning experience for students. Your ability to provide tailored training sessions and hands-on instruction will be essential in helping students achieve their full potential.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant qualification in Carpentry (Level 3 or above)

  • Experience in using digital tools to support learning and assessment

Salary: £42,500 - £52,500 per annum
