- Proven track record of profitable day trading over an extended period
- Mastery of market analysis, chart interpretation, and risk mitigation techniques
- Knowledge of automated trading systems is a plus
- Exceptional ability to convey complex trading concepts in an accessible manner
- Proficient with cutting-edge trading software and analytical tools
- Ideally holding a degree in a finance-related discipline

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Trader Education and Mentorship:_
- Craft and deliver comprehensive trading curricula covering market dynamics, strategic approaches, risk assessment, and trading psychology
- Create captivating educational content across various media formats
- Offer personalized guidance to address individual trader challenges
- Maintain current knowledge of market trends and industry innovations
- Trading Excellence and Analysis:_
- Meticulously document personal trading activities and performance metrics
- Utilize advanced analytics to dissect trading outcomes
- Continuously refine trading strategies for optimal results
- Contribute insights from personal trading experiences to the broader trading community
