Apprenticeship Skills Coach
We are seeking a highly motivated Apprenticeship Skills Coach to join our team at CV Library in Milton, Cambridge.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a construction professional to develop their skills and expertise in a coaching role, making a real difference in the lives of apprentices pursuing their T1, T2, and T3 construction qualifications.
The successful candidate will work with 30 apprentices in the area, providing them with the necessary guidance, support, and coaching to progress in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with apprentices employed by construction companies
- Offer expert guidance, support, and coaching to help apprentices attain their objectives
- Deliver high-quality training to ensure apprentices receive top-notch education and skills
About the Role:
