**Role Overview:**
As a Construction Apprenticeship Coach at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to support the growth and development of our apprentices.
You will work closely with our team to identify the skills and knowledge gaps of our apprentices and develop targeted training solutions to address these areas.
**Key Accountabilities:**
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to meet the needs of our apprentices.
- Conduct regular progress reviews with apprentices to monitor their performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement best practices in training and development.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective training strategies.
**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary range of £26,000-£28,000, plus a generous benefits package that includes 28% pension contribution, free onsite parking, and 45 days' annual leave.
